![]() Please, please either invest in this app and make it work or switch to another app that can do it for you. I don’t want separate (inferior) apps for every place I go to. I also love the convenience of booking everything in one place. I have never had an issue booking or buying sessions. I use it for almost every other workout or service. The thing that really mystifies me is why the company just didn’t partner with the MINDBODY app. After reading the other reviews, I guess I’ll do what they did-call in or buy sessions at the facility itself. So here I am, just having had a great experience at the facility itself, not able to book sessions. I also tried to buy additional sessions and all I got was a blank screen. However, if you try to book one of those, you’ll get an error message saying you can’t book more than 10 days in advance. That’s only the beginning though. When you go to book appointments, there are none available unless you go out a couple weeks. What should have been an easy set up (logging in, picking a store), was so difficult, the General Manager had to do it for me. However, this app really put a dent in that experience. Feels great Great deals Laura Wilson Stone recommends Stretch Zone Chattanooga. The stretching experience itself was fantastic. Brandy and staff are very informative and help understand your flexibility goals. It was extremely tiring to hear every small thing everyone did wrong, and rarely would you hear the things you did well.Coming out of my first appointment, I was feeling really good about this place. Stretch Zone provides clients with Flex-ability for Life by using a proprietary stretching method and a patented stabilization system. The staff at this location made the culture amazing. They understaff and put a lot of strain on current employees to over perform on a regular basis. Promises always appear to be cast out and never seem to come to fruition. They hire some people clearly under-qualified for their position and it puts so much stress on people who have been in the health field for a long time in management. Being ridiculed, talked down to, and waiting days on answers for support. ![]() Expectations are far beyond what you have been taught, as you will HAVE TO TEACH YOURSELF 90% of what you do. They never give formal training once you go through the one week of original orientation. They expect you to know an entire job in a week based off of training. Some Owners are extremely empathetic and will work with you depending on situations. You get to help a lot of people who have various conditions and suffer from chronic pain. They offer some flexibility in schedule, but that is not guaranteed. Using proprietary stretching methods and a patented strapping and stabilization system, Stretch Zone seeks to improve. The staff at my location would fight for everyone because we were in the trenches together trying to piece together a ship that was broken when we got it. My time here has been wonderful only because of direct staff. You can be the best employee and still not be good enough for these people 475 likes 27 talking about this 62 were here.
